Resolved - This incident has been resolved. A change has been applied to update the data on receipt from the 3rd party, and affected suppliers are being pro-actively updated over the next 48 hours.

Identified - We are currently investigating an issue with financial data values being fed for StartBANK suppliers. This may also impact suppliers who have multi-network subscriptons e.g. UNCE and TransQ.

Due to an unexpected change in the 3rd party API, values are being sent to MyAchilles in a different format impacting the values that are populated within the questionnaire.

We are working closely with the 3rd party to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
